- Quality Control & Assurance: Implement quality management systems and conduct inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor progress against the project schedule, identify deviations, and provide regular updates and reports to the client. Ensure that all delays are promptly addressed and corrected.
- Safety Management: Oversee and enforce safety procedures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all involved.

Commissioning Phase:
- Systems Testing & Commissioning: Ensure the proper testing of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as medical systems in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handover Process: Oversee the handover of the completed facility to the client, ensuring that all documentation, warranties, and operational manuals are provided. Finalize all Annual/Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts.
- Training & Orientation: Organize training sessions for hospital staff on equipment and operational procedures.
- Post-Occupancy Support: Provide post-commissioning support, troubleshooting, and any necessary modifications to ensure smooth operations once the hospital opens.
- Cost Control & Budget Monitoring: Oversee the project budget, track expenditures, and ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
